The minimum fee we charge is £350.00. Based on a successful claim, our charges will be 20% of the amount reclaimed.


Statutory Compensation - Pre-Action Service - we will assist you by making initial communications with your landlord/managing agent and preparing documents to comply with the pre-action regulations. It is important to note that there are cost implications on the landlord for not reasonably complying with your statutory compensation demand. Many of other providers charge high minimum costs which renders many of the cases unable to be dealt with. We are committed to effectively solve your tenancy deposit problems, regardless of the size of your deposit.


It is important to note that this service is only available if your landlord did not comply with his/her legal obligations. duly registered your tenancy deposit with the authorised schemes. If your landlord did comply with legal obligations, we offer "Deposit Reclaim Service".


*In the unlikely scenario of the landlord refusing to provide statutory compensation, we (KWW) will refer you to professional law firms to advance your claims in pursuing the statutory compensation that you are entitled to. If you decide to instruct the referred law firm, we will contribute 50% of our "Deposit Reclaim Service" fees for your further legal expenses.
